You can just barely see Lyle’s Tree Sleeve, keeping the poor little tree warm in this frightful weather!

Out the backdoor in a covered little area only showed 4.5 inches of snow!  Boo! I thought it was more.  Oh well…..

But  Lyle was busy yesterday—–Daphne and Apollo.

     OK—–It’s time! The Egg Harbor City Yard Sale is the first Saturday in August!  August 2nd to be exact.  There is no rain date so pray from nice (not too hot!) weather for the day. It is City-Wide—-so make sure you cruise Philadelphia Ave and all the side streets for good finds. If you live in Egg Harbor and are setting up your goodies at your house and want to be on the map, there is a form available at City Hall and at Petrosh’s Big Top and the cost is $10. Deadline to get your location on the map is July 28th. 

     After spending the day discovering new finds you may want to take part in the EHC Fire Department’s annual spaghetti dinner. They are located at 631 Philadelphia Ave. and dinner will be served from 4pm to 7pm and includes spaghetti, salad, bread and a  homemade desert !  Tickets are available at the door, $5 for Kids and $8 for adults For more information call Carol Kienzle at (609)965-4190.

     We will be setting up some tables outside our front door with some wonderful things—priced right for the yardsale. Come on out and enjoy the day!
